• We start working on this project back in the year 2000.

Nelson Mandela noticed that the biggest problem of HIV was the mystification. No one was ready to talk about the disease out of shame. In Africa, some areas like Tete Mozambique arrived to have 90% of the population infected.

We worked closely with Mr Nelson Mandela to create the image and the communication process to become an effective medium to bring the conversation to the table putting aside the shame and fear associated to it at the moment.

the challenge was that most of the population infected do not know how to read so visual communication and decentralised events played a big role.

Today, the project KUHLUVUKA - "Corridors Of Hope" is the most important organisation in Africa normalising the conversation of HIV; because it's only by talking that we can achieve zero patients one day in the future.
